Badass Hamsters

I don't have very many feelings, but at the moment I am feeling very strong feelings towards the end of the school year. This year has by far been one of the best years of my life, and I don't know how any year can top this one. Suffice to say, I am actually sad.

One of the reasons why I've enjoyed this year so much is due to meeting the loveliest pack of hamsters I could ever imagine. Hamsters, you say? Perhaps you are more familiar with their common title Exchange Students, however the term hamsters proves a more apt description. They can get into trouble, cause inconvenience, but at the end of the day, they are hamsters. Adorable. Innocent. How can anyone be mad? She can get arrested, smash glasses, fear my entire race of people, come home with queso in her hair, and I still love her. Queso, holey tights and all. These hamsters have made my heart grow three sizes to a normal heart size. I do now know what I will do when they all return back to their motherlands... probably shrink my heart back to its normal, shriveled size and carry on with my deviant ways.

My favorite baby hamster commissioned me to design a tattoo of a "badass hamster" for her as a lifelong souvenir for her year abroad. She wanted a very simple, graphic style, which is exactly what I like. I was afraid that she wanted a Disney style hamster... which I would have designed anonymously for her.

If she gets this tattoo, it would touch me more than Madonna's "Like A Virgin.
